Founded to gather the prayers, teaching, and resources by which souls are set free in Christ.
“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”John 8 : 36
Liberated in Christ exists to serve the freedom of souls. It gathers, under the patronage of St. Michael the Archangel and St. Gemma Galgani and the whole communion of saints, the prayers, teaching, and resources by which the faithful are strengthened against the enemy — that all who are besieged, in whatever degree, may come to know the liberty won for us on the Cross.
The ministry rests on a single conviction: that the spiritual combat is real, but its outcome is not in doubt. Christ has conquered. The devil is a defeated foe, and every degree of his assault — from the lightest temptation to the gravest bondage — is subject to the authority of the Lord who despoiled the powers of darkness. Our task is not to fear the enemy but to cling to the Victor.
This ministry offers formation in the Church's authentic teaching on temptation, oppression, and possession; a treasury of prayers for protection and deliverance that any of the faithful may pray; and resources that point always back to the ordinary means of grace — the sacraments, the Rosary, the sacramentals, and the counsel of a faithful priest.
What it does not offer, and never will, is any substitute for the Church herself. It does not perform exorcisms, diagnose spiritual affliction, or stand apart from the ordinary shepherds God has given. In every serious matter the counsel is the same: go to a priest.
The Founder
Joseph Shun Ravago
Founder
Liberated in Christ was founded by Joseph Shun Ravago out of a longstanding devotion to Our Lady and the saints, and a desire to place within reach of the faithful the Church's rich patrimony of spiritual protection. The ministry is offered in a spirit of service to the Church and in fidelity to her teaching.
Our Conviction
“The enemy is real, but he is defeated. The combat is genuine, but the victory is won. In every degree of his assault, Christ is Lord — and in Him the captive is set free.”
